Muscle Strengthening Class: 
Mondays:  6:45-7:30 pm
 
~Next session begins the week of September 12th~
                                                                                                                
This class involves stretching, hip & leg work, arm work, abs, mat work, coordination... The Works!  Great class for beginners to advanced.   No dance experience required or necessary.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring yoga mat.
